INTRAORAL SCANNERS

An alternative to traditional plaster models, intraoral scanners allow our doctors to take high-resolution photos of your dental structures and produce images that are then used to create digital impressions. The benefits of intraoral scanners include reducing patient discomfort and achieving time-efficient impressions needed to move forward with your treatment planning.

CBCT 3D IMAGING SYSTEM

Cone-beam computed tomography, or CBCT scans captures information using a cone-shaped X-ray beam, which is then used to reconstruct a 3D image of your dental structures. Unlike 2D scans, which are “flat” images, 3D scans allow us to completely visualize the affected area that we will be treating. These scans are highly detailed, giving us the images we need to make more accurate diagnoses and more effective treatment plans. Compared to medical CT Scans, CBCT scans use a much lower radiation dose.

TEKSCAN OCCLUSAL ANALYSIS SYSTEM

The T-Scan is a device that we use to diagnose and treat issues with your bite pattern. Unlike traditional articulating paper, T-Scans give us access to comprehensive data on your bite pattern for more effective treatment planning. We utilize T-Scans within a variety of our services, including identifying TMJ disorders, balancing dental implants, as well as placing crowns, bridges, implants, or veneers.
